You're going to. Time for another edition of Fighting for the Faith, infirmity Edition. It's Good Friday 2009. And I am coming to you under the weather.

Appreciate some of the emails I got

from some of you all on Facebook asking the question as to whether or not I had

enough bait that's the reason why I'm sick. Oh you guys are so funny.

You're listening to fighting for the faith.

My name is Chris Roseboro and I am your servant in Jesus Christ and today is Good Friday. the day in which we recognize and remember a terrible and

yet amazing thing that happened almost 2,000 years ago.

God in human flesh come to earth and we didn't even recognize him for who he was.

Come to earth and he lived a perfect life in our place. And on this day, nearly 2,000 years ago, this

good Friday, Jesus Christ dies for the sins of the world.

Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.

Now because I'm under the weather, this will not be a standard two-hour

fighting for the faith. In fact, we're not even going to do a sermon review. I don't even

know if I have the energy to do that, but I wanted to come to the microphone today to basically

remind us again of that great, amazing central teaching of the Christian faith.

As Paul said to the Corinthian Church,

he chose to know nothing among them

except for Christ and Him crucified. He even defined the very

gospel that he preached based upon these words that Christ was crucified for

sins and he was raised again on the third day in accordance with the scriptures.

This there is no more important week than this week.

There is no important more important days than today and tomorrow and Sunday,
