Hello and welcome to the Dynasty Dude podcast. I'm your host, Corey Evans. This week's show is titled Good and Bad Usage Trends. I've identified five players that have had both good and bad trending in usage. It's been favorable based on GameScript or injuries ahead of them on a depth chart or it's been unfavorable based on their inconsistent roles.

0:40.1

It is now time to determine what does their rest of season value look like and how can we

0:44.0

view them in the dynasty market not only the rest of this year but in their career arcs

0:49.7

from here on out.

0:50.7

With that being said, let's get right to it.

0:52.4

Up first is Kamani Vidal. We know that

0:54.9

Omari and Hampton is expected to miss more than the minimum acquired four games on IR with that

1:00.9

ankle injury. Sounds like he could even be held out precautionary-wise for his long-term health

1:06.1

beyond the Chargers Week 12 by. That is up for debate and more of a week to week than certain timeline

week six the vidal show against miami 18 totes 124 on the ground three receptions 14 yards and a

1:26.2

touchdown four targets across a 67%

1:29.4

snapshot. If you did not know that Hampton was injured, at times Kamani Vidal looked as good or

1:34.3

better than Hampton has in 2025. Meanwhile, the assumed starter, Hassan Haskins, who has the

1:39.8

relationship with Jim Harbaal digging back at the time together at Michigan, played second fiddle

1:44.0

to Vidal against the Dolphins with production for Haskins of six rushes for 14 yards and

1:48.7

only one catch for nine yards with one target. Haskins had a 31% snap share. While it's unlikely

1:55.2

that Kamani sees featured back status to this extent for as long as Hampton is sidelined. It was an encouraging U6's

2:02.3

trend for the former six-brown pick out of Troy in 2024. If we were to rewind to Vidal as a prospect,

2:09.4

there were a lot who assumed he would push or eventually supplant J.K. Dobbins. Dobbins had a

2:14.9

terrific season with the Chargers last year. Instead, now,

2:18.4

Fidel is brought back to the practice squad, active roster, and is firmly in the RB2 or FUx
