Shut up and sit down.

Music Shut up and sit down. Hey, how are you? I'm starting to suspect that you are muting me yourself and then saying, RFM, you're muted. Is that what's going on now, Bill? Maybe. Has it come to this? I figure that you know so many quotes from Shakespeare and movies and music that I need to get one up on you. And so making you look silly at the beginning is my number one goal. Well, I don't need a lot of help to look silly. But we are getting started about eight minutes late tonight. I'm very excited about this because we're having technological issues and or technical issues. And I just want everybody to know, it's not my fault tonight. It's not. We had a little bit of a technology snafu at the beginning, but everything seems to be running smooth now and we're super excited to be with you. I did want to put one thing up on the screen before we get started, RFM, just to let folks know here

that this cool thing is going to happen. John DeLinn reached out to me a few weeks back, maybe even as much as a month ago,

said that he was thinking about putting together a special

event where I would go up to Salt Lake City with my wife, Amanda, and sit down for a long

Mormon stories interview. And folks think, because I've been on Mormon stories, I think four times

at this point. And really talking about my kind of life story and the journey of doing the podcast

and exiting the church. But there are stories I haven't told. For instance, there's the night

I spent in jail as a seven-year-old that I've never told publicly. What on earth could you have

done as a seven-year-old that landed you in jail for the night. Yeah, you'll have to, you'll have to show up that

night for this blockbuster conversation, uh, with John DeLinn on Mormon stories, at least tune in

when we do the, the conversation there, which I sure will be live and then published for folks

to listen afterward. Mayvon saying it's murder. Uh, man, as a seven-year-old, I've never murdered anybody, but I'm not going to get into the details. It's a scary story. I'll bet it. But I definitely lend. Do murder and calm go together? Calm and murder? Murder? I don't know. I definitely landed as a seven-year-old. I landed at the local police station.

And beyond that, they took me to the jail.

And I did spend a little bit of time in a jail cell,

a jail cell as a seven-year-old.

So there are some fun stories still to tell about my life.

I'm excited to do that.

And then they're going to have a VIP dinner at 6 p.m. on May 30th.

And then there will be a short conversation on my end, maybe Amanda's as well.
