But I'm going to make you because Ritchie Sunach, the Chancellor,

has been talking about things getting back to normal

and people going back to the office.

And he says, actually, people who are forced to work from home by their employer

might want to quit because they want to go back to the office and he's very much one of the

people saying actually we need to get office life

back to normal but I'm obsessed about whether office life will get back to normal and

what will it look like? So let's talk to somebody whose entire job is about what offices look like.

It's Charlotte Bradney, who's a project designer at Pelden Rose, which is an office interior

design company.

Hello, hi, thanks for having me on. So sketch out for us what are offices going to look like in the next few years as a result of what we've all been through?

Yeah, what it is, it's really about we think creating a variety so variety lots of different things it's variety of work settings so it's about autonomy so your staff your people can choose how they want to work in the office to get the best out of their day.

So it doesn't have to be a boring traditional workstation or an enclosed meeting room.

It's everything in between.

It can be lounge, chair, somewhere to have a coffee and a

catch up with your colleagues that you haven't seen for months on end.

Maybe it's collaborative booth seating so you've got integrated TV screen so you can dial some of your people in who are working remotely.
