Summary
The Season 1 Gomers are halfway to the Half Marathon! Here’s some highlights from Episode 8:
- The podcast appears on the top of Apple’s “New and Notable”
- Classical music appears in Songs to Run To for the first time
- The training schedule is checked, with varying results
- Running speed is still being measured in “miles per hour”
- Anthony is down to a weight where he doesn’t snore anymore
- Steven is down to a weight where Jessica slaps him on the butt
- Steven gets torn up by his cotton boxer briefs (yes, still has the scar)
- Anthony’s hip clicks
- A “That Thing You Do” reference is made without anyone realizing that a “That Thing You Do” reference is made
- Steven has a blister and he took a picture of it. So does Anthony, and so did Anthony.
