Once upon a time, there were three bears who lived in a house in the woods.

One of them was a wee small baby bear.

One was a middle-sized mama bear, and the last was a great, huge, Papa Bear. They each had a bowl of their

porridge, a little bowl for the baby bear, a medium bowl for the Mama Bear, and a huge bowl

for the Papa Bear. And they each had a chair to sit in, a little chair for the baby bear,

a medium chair for the Mama Bear, and a huge chair for the

papa bear. And they each had a bed to sleep in. A little bed for the baby bear, a medium bed

for the mama bear, and a huge bed for the papa bear. One day, after they made their breakfast porridge and poured it into their bowls,

they went out into the woods to let the porridge cool.

They didn't want to burn their mouths by eating it too soon.

While they were out walking, a girl who had become lost in the forest came to the door.

Her name was Goldilocks, for she had golden

hair that fell in perfect curls about her shoulders. Goldilocks knocked on the door three times,

but there was no answer. But the girl smelled the porridge and her mouth watered.
