This is a simple program that has amazing results.

This is my little, what do you call it? Gift for children and for the world.

That's Goldie Hahn, of course.

And the program she's talking about is called Mind Up.

It's an ambitious project for schools with the goal of making kids more resilient and optimistic.

In the late 1960s, Goldie became the signature star of the television show Laughin, and then went on to make dozens of films, including that wonderful movie Private Benjamin.

So, it may be a surprise to find out that she's also the mastermind behind a deeply researched and widely adopted program to help school children manage stress and regulate their emotions.
