Canaan 50K. Jeff, how are you doing today? Doing well. Honored to sit in in Alyssa's shoes. Hopefully

she was having a fast run today. First up here, we've got the Black Canyon 100K took places

past weekend, six golden tickets

across the men's and women's races on the line to Western states earlier this week Western

race director Craig Thornelly announced on the free trail podcast that tickets could roll down

on each side as far as seventh place on the men's side Hans Troyer Anthony Costalus traced

and not round out the podium. Hans sets a new course

record of 720. Anthony, Tracon, and local Jordan Bramblett, who took fifth behind Kenny Woodward,

secured spots into Western this year with their tickets. On the women's side, Jen Lichter,

Ann Flower, and Tara Dow, round out the podium. Jen said a blistering new course record of 757. Jennifer and Molly Seidel, who took
