So a couple of things. First off, huge, huge congrats on

punching your ticket to Western States this past weekend at the Canyon's 100K. I'm guessing

you're feeling great, but are there any other emotions, thoughts and feelings, stuff like that?

Yeah, just still in a little bit of disbelief.

Honestly, can't believe that Western States is in two months and we have to run it back,

but I'm really looking forward to it. Other than that, like my recovery has been

actually way better than most races.

I think races with a lot of vert.

I tend to come back a little bit quicker, just all the up and down, you're using a ton of

different muscle groups.

So I'm not like really sore in one area.

I do have a lot of poison oak from the course, though, and it's been killing me.
