And Lakers toughed one out. it wasn't always pretty, but both teams, I thought, competed well on the defensive end.

Well, I thought the team was clearly trying to make up for what happened on Darius' birthday

since he was in the building. And the energy was excellent. The vibe was excellent. You could tell

there was a little bit of a renewal, which you would expect with all of the new players in. And I think

that, you know,

something that you don't always expect to see

with new team and new players integrating

is like really good late game execution.

And I think that, you know,

the Lakers were able to do that.

And DeAngelo Russell gets some credit for that.
