amazing start to your week. You're probably wondering where I am. Okay, I have to go to the dentist.

Unfortunately, I only like the dentist back in my hometown. Okay. I don't like the dentist where I

live now. So I have flown to see him because I have had a toothache for the longest time. Okay, I am tired of being in pain in dealing with the toothache, but we're going to push through. We have an amazing show for you guys today. We're going to be breaking down the Golden Globes. A little bit about what you missed, some of the virtue signaling. We're going to talk about Prince Harry, Megan Markle.

Prince Harry, he wants to go back to the UK and reconcile with his father. I don't think his father should go anywhere near him because he'll probably just end up in the press and the tabloids.

We're going to break down everything happening in Minnesota with Renee Good. That entire situation,

okay, they are working over time to turn her into this folk hero,

into this martyr. We have a bunch of hot topics. So I apologize. I apologize. I am not in the

studio today. But one thing about me, I don't care that much if the background is perfect. I

don't care if the angle's perfect. I don't care if we look perfect. All I care about is the relationship I have with you guys. So I'm going to the dentist in about 90 minutes. Pray for me that they can figure out what is wrong and get me on the right track to where I'm out of pain. Now let's move on to the Golden Globes. If you had asked me about the Golden Globes five years ago, 10 years ago,

I would have been so excited. It's a show I would have watched, right? I used to watch all of these awards, the Academy Awards, the Golden Globes, not so much the Critics Choice Awards. I'm still not really sure what that's all about, but I used to love the Golden Globes. That was sort of the precursor to the Academy Awards,

to the Oscars. But last night, I could not have cared less. I haven't seen any of the films. Okay, I haven't seen the Timothy Shalame, haven't seen Marty Supreme. I haven't seen any of these Golden Globes films, and it's because they don't really speak to me, and Hollywood has gone so woke. I mean, Hollywood at this point, it's cringe,

it's woke. The storytelling is bad. I feel like a lot of these scripts are written by AI or chat GPT. So I'm not that interested. I'm not that interested in what Hollywood has going on.

I think the era of Hollywood being at its height and its peak and people caring about celebrity,

that was a few years ago, right?

I think 2016, 17, 18 before COVID, celebrity culture really reached its peak. But nowadays,

very few people care, right? Very few people care to keep up with what Selena Gomez is wearing

on the red carpet, what Miley Cyrus is wearing. And doesn't mean we hate these women, okay? We like Jennifer Lawrence. She's incredibly talented, but people just don't care as much. We're busy with our day-to-day lives. We've moved on. I feel like politics has sort of become the new pop culture, the way people follow politics. That's kind of how we used to follow a lot of these celebrities and pop culture. So when it came to the Golden Globes last night, I didn't care. I hadn't seen the films. And I really did not need to hear political opinions from celebrities walking around in full hair and makeup with full-time publicist, full-time staffs. I don't need to hear all of the virtue signaling. But Mark Ruffalo, Natasha Leon, Wanda Sykes. So I actually used to think was

quite funny. I thought Wanda Sykes used to be actually a pretty funny comedian. She wasn't someone who

was always politically correct. But because the culture has shifted so much, right? So many Americans have

left Hollywood behind, I feel like they're doubling down on their leftist rhetoric and they live in their

liberal elite enclaves. And everybody was wearing these pins that either said be good or ice out.
