Hello. Alexis you might already know from as the lead designer, CEO and girl boss of Pin-Y.

All these things are true, yes.

So what we're doing today is we are making an announcement. We are going to be covering together his dark materials on HBO, which is going to be

going to be in this bald move television podcast. Each of those episodes are going to air on HBO starting

Monday, November 4th and our coverage of the show will be on this podcast the

Wednesday after it airs. So what we're doing today is just

covering the 2007 movie The Golden Compass to get everyone's beak sweat. We'll be getting into some light book

spoilers throughout the course of this. Maybe nothing that spoils anything

outside of the first book, do you think? and maybe nothing that spoils outside of the first movie I would say yeah that too

so some shenanigans there yeah so if you are afraid of getting spoiled for anything outside of that then you've got everything you need. We'll see you in November.

expositing everything that's happening? In their defense it is kind of an enormous world to just walk into because the rules are very different from what we're used to

I would love to I would love to see like a behind the scenes of how this got made because the I think

well obviously they had an amazing cast to work with the script just seems like writing it had to have been a slog because it

felt like some scenes felt like that too but I I found myself at the end of it
