In March, Club Verboten and Crossbreed were contacted by Tower Hamlets Council that they

were seeking to prohibit nudity and semi-nudity in safeguarded venues.

It is not an offense to be nude in public in the UK unless it is with the intention of harassment,

and many club owners and goers feel they're targeted based on sexual identity and or queer

themes.

For example, the Budwar Club, a nearby swingers club, has not been subject to any legal
