Scott Payne spent 23 years with the FBI. During his remarkable and storied career, he got up close and personal with some of the country's most violent and hateful organizations.

But for him, one assignment stands out. The base is one of the most violent white supremacist organizations operating within the United States,

and the beliefs they hold are among the biggest threats facing the country today.

The mission began online, monitoring hateful posts and tracking the group's propaganda,

but in order to successfully infiltrate them, Scott had to dive deeper.

He had to gain their trust. The summer of 2019

marked the beginning of Scott's transformation into pale horse, becoming an undercover Nazi.

Over time, his online relationships grew, and he was officially invited to participate in the

base's operations. The assignment brought him under the hot beating son of Rome, Georgia, and it was there that

he came face to face with America's Nazis, participated in pagan animal sacrifices, and

even risked his life in order to bring them down.

meaning they don't believe there's a way to achieve their goals through politics.

Their answer? Chaos.

Members aren't simply angry individuals who hide in the shadows.

They use the internet and social media to spread word about their organization,

to recruit new members, and to radicalize others.
