Senator Ted Cruz versus Representative Beto O'Rourke. It's really hard to hide from this race.

Every time I log on to Twitter, I get a sponsored tweet asking me to donate to O'Rourke's campaign.

There are two documentaries being made about O'Rourke. He's just started a podcast.

Anyway, I'm distracted from my point, which is this. They've got their finger on the pulse,

because everyone is talking about Beto versus Tedo. Here was 538 talking about it. They favorably

compared that race to the Nevada one. In the sense that I think Ted Cruz will win.

But in terms of if I wasn't editor assigning people to cover races to find interesting candidates,

I would not pick Jackie Rosen and Dean Eller. Those people are not interesting.

Versus Beto is an interesting person. And if he loses by five points or three points or seven,

I sort of think he should be covered because he's a Democrat in Texas and he's very charismatic.

And people like to read about him.
