I'm actually rolling through my neighborhood right now and everyone's setting up.

We're doing a yard sale tomorrow.

So I'm very excited about that.

I'm going to be able to get rid of some stuff that has just been sitting around and it'll be good to see it go.

So anyway, before we dive into the podcast like we always do, let's go ahead and just take a deep

breath.

I think I'm going to do a series of deep breaths at the time before we dive into it because
