How do you act when you're at work?

Do you tell the same jokes, acts silly, etc?

As you do with your kids, of course not.

You act differently at home for us at work.

The question is, how do you switch from your work persona to your dad persona?

The work persona real quick is defined as the aspect of someone's character that is

presented to or perceived by others, from the Oxford dictionary.

Now we all have different jobs, so I can't help you with your work persona right now.

But I can help you think about what a dad persona could look like to you.

And here's why this is important.

Once we do a quick exercise to define your dad persona, I'll show you how you can quickly

get into that persona before you get into dad time.

And I think you'll see an incredible difference.
