I know I've learned a lot here in their stories, and I've personally been really inspired,

and I hope that you have as well.

But the truth is that things don't always go right.

You can make mistakes, you can make bad investments, and bad things can happen to you.

And I think it's really important to hear those shows.

And I think we can maybe actually learn more from people that have made mistakes than people that have been super successful.

One of my favorite shows is episode number nine. We talked to Jim

Adams and Jim told his story of how he bought a hundred properties. He was on top of the world.

The properties were cash flowing like crazy. And then the economy crashed. And he couldn't fill his

houses. He had a lot of vacancy. He couldn't get the same kind of rents he was

getting and he ended up getting foreclosed on a hundred times he lost every single property

he ended up having to declare bankruptcy and one night things got so bad he had to sell his

wedding ring to have money to buy his family dinner.

I mean, it's just a horrible story.

And so I think that hearing those stories is actually good.

I think we can learn a lot by figuring out the mistakes other people have made along the way

and avoid making those mistakes ourselves.
