This is the Goddesses in Every Woman portion of the

series. We're going to talk about Gods in Every Man Next, but this is the next installment,

the final installment talking about the goddess energies, archetypes this comes from a book

called goddesses in every woman and this is a third podcast in a three part of the

goddesses right so if you want to hear all the way back go back to episodes and listen to the last two

episodes because it'll catch you up to where we are today if you're a brand new

listener or if you haven't heard those episodes yet. This book goddesses and every

woman is written by Jean-Shinoda Bolin.

She's a medical doctor and a youngian analyst and she wrote about all the

archetypes based on the Greek pantheon of goddesses that show up in feminine energy.

And we've been discussing these in the first episode we started to discuss the Virgin goddesses of Artemis, Athena, and Hestia. And then the last episode we talked about

the vulnerable goddess archetypes of Demeter, Persephone, and Hera.

And today we're going to start talking about the final goddess archetype,

and this is the alchemical goddess.

There's only one goddess here.

And this energy and archetype is the goddess of Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty.

Now Aphrodite much like the virgin goddesses has this energy about her where she does what she wants to do.

He's self-directed.

She's not necessarily dependent on anybody else for her direction in life.

She's very self-directed.
