Hello everyone and welcome to the Evolve with Emily Show. I'm your host, Emily Hayden,

and I think that this is going to be my favorite podcast episode that I have ever put out.

I have gathered a few of my friends to share their different stories with you about how God came

through for them. The idea for this podcast came from my quiet time that I had recently,

where I just had it in my head. I was like, what if I had different people share how God

came through for them? Because I know for me in my life, sometimes I can get really discouraged.

Sometimes it can feel like I don't have a strong faith or a strong hope for something better,

right? Like you're experiencing a season of disappointment or hopelessness or you can't see

the way out of the current darkness that you're experiencing. And when I reflected upon this,

I realized that something that has really helped me in my past was either, one, looking at my own journal in my own life, in my own journey with God,

and seeing ways that he's come through, you know, for me before, or two, hearing different

stories of people and friends and their real experiences of how God came through for them because even if I

can't stir up the faith and the hope in my own heart by myself, sometimes their stories will

help stir that up within me. And so I thought it would be a really cool podcast episode to share

not only a few of my own accounts, but also to ask a few of my girlfriends to share

theirs as well. So coincidentally, they all live in either California or Texas. And if we get a few

later, I may do a second episode and include those. But we have a few stories for today that I

just got done listening to and I was moved to tears in multiple of these

stories.

So just a forewarning that these girls are the purest, most genuine.

Like your heart will just be able to hear the truth that is coming out of them, the

encouragement, the real experiences
