Romans chapter 8, this is where I ended last night. I'm continuing to talk about how to be a success.

God created you for success. How do you fulfill that in your life? And I spent the first part of the

week basically trying to redefine what success is. I used Romans 12, 1 and 2 and tried to get us to, you know, to change what we consider to be a

success. I believe a success is knowing God, having a relationship with him and then just

following his guidance. And if that's big or small, you're a success. But then yesterday

morning, I started talking about your imagination. And I tell you that was

really powerful. These things are really powerful. And in a sense, you know, this is like a gun or something

or a bomb. It's powerful. But you've got to be responsible with it. Anything that is powerful, a gun

can also do a lot of damage.

And your imagination, if you don't get this in its proper perspective, then you can use this

and you can just go to imagine in things that you desire. And it will release power,

but it'll pull you in the wrong direction there are people that are

desiring wrong things so anyway it all really comes back together all of this

fits together that you have to be first a living sacrifice and then renew your

mind and if those things are in place then your imagination can be this

powerful creative force but you can't just take this

teaching by itself. It's like giving a little kid a gun. You know, you've got to be responsible with it.

There's a right and a wrong way to use it. One of the keys to this is Psalm 37.4. It says,

Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

And you've got to make sure that your delight is in the Lord, that you're putting God first place in your life.
