Ben mentioned my past life.

The NFL was the context for that over 13 years, five teams,

a few pounds, as Susan likes to point out ago, and a lot of years back. My last game was January of 2006. I retired in 2007 officially,

but over the years in my career and since, like all of us as we live life, life's taught me a lot of lessons.

One of them is to be reasonable.

I want us to pay a lot of attention to that word

over these next minutes.

As a kicker in the NFL college

and even really candidly back to high school,

I grew up in South Georgia where football was kind of a little G. God.

It's unreasonable as a kicker to kind of try to explain away a miss. It's real, real, real,

black and white. The ball goes through the upright, so it doesn't. It's not really any gray area. There's no room for that. And a couple times early in my career that I

tried to kind of rationalize a miss. I could tell, by the way, my teammates, my coaches,

fans even responded that I was being unreasonable. It's bad to miss, but it's worse to be seen
