Jesus said, my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?

Is that an indication that God was not there?

Well, the answer to that question is he was there.

And God was there in a way that you would not suspect.

God was there to punish his son.

We return to Mark Chapter 15 and the crucifixion of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I want to read again the passage that we're looking at today, starting in verse 22 and

reading all the way to verse 41.

Mark 15, verse 22.
