Hello and welcome to the Believers Voice of Victor Broadcast. I'm John Copeland. I'm so glad you joined us today. It's good to have you here. It's been a great week with such a wonderful friend and co-host. Hallelujah. It's good to be with you, Jess. Well, thank you. I've been enjoying myself too. I don't know how long it was when we did the other ones before, but we saw the picture in the hallway. It was a long time ago. It was a long time ago. I still had white hair. My hair was dark then, man. You know, but I was thinner, too. I did. And I didn't have as many sags, you know. It's good to have you here. Thank you, sir. It's been a great week. We've been talking about vision and about the vision that God has for your life,

1:47.3

about your vision and talking about, you know, his book advancing in life, which goes right along with the vision. And, you know, why don't we just pick up what we left off? Well, the first thing, first thing, if you don't have a vision, the Bible said you perish. And I've seen that happen. I remember this. The man that was the great coach for Alabama, Bear Bryant, I think it was. And people tell him, you know, you need to retire, you know, because he said, if I retire, I'll die. And they didn't believe him, but I guess maybe his wife talked to me. Who knows? I don't know that, but he retired. And he went just a very few months. He just passed because. He was also saying it. So he got what he said. Yeah, he got what he said. And to me, every one of you that are watching today, you have a vision. God has got you. He purposely put you on earth and complete your destiny and reach your destination. Well, I don't know how to do that. Well, you're not supposed to do that. You go as the Lord's because vision runs in advance of your ability to fulfill it. I said that at one of the shows this week. When you understand, you're not going to know it all at one time. You just keep walking by faith. You know, when I went on a date with Kathy, I never forget when I first married, dated Kathy, the first date I left my wallet. And I thought, my God, I left my wallet. So I said, Kathy, I got to go back to my house and get my wallet. Now, watch this.

3:10.9

I didn't want to marry the girl. It just matter. You know, I was just going to date and that's about that, you know. And then, so I said, well, you don't have to sit in the car because it's hot in Louisiana, you know? I said, you want to come in the house? And I got to, I'll go get my wallet. So she comes in, my mama was looking like that.

3:21.1

She always getting mad at me about these girls that bring to the house.

3:23.8

She says, you like them, Delilah, don't she?

3:26.3

I said, oh, yeah, I like them greasy, man. I give him Delilah. I was a sinner, a very bad sinner. Well, when Kathy walked in, Mama looked at her, and I come walking out of the back by that time, and I don't know if they had said anything to each other. I don't know about that. and then got my wallet. She said, Jesse, that's the girl you're going to marry. And I went, whoa.

3:44.6

Slow your roll. Not now, no, no. I'm not even thinking of that. But she saw it. See, and she said, I mean, I never get it. I had the date came back. She said, I'm telling you, God spoke to him. And I thought, Mama, there you go with that crazy stuff.

3:58.7

I said that to say that sometimes people see your vision before you see it.

4:05.1

You see?
