But when you look around, there's just stress everywhere.

It's conflict.

There is distress about all kinds of situations.

And I want to give you a solution that I know works.

It's a solution that God has provided for every single one of his children.

How do I know it works?

Because a number of years ago, I was a pastor of this church at that time, and I had three

television programs and doing all the things a pastor has to do like visiting the hospital

and going to see people who this, that, and all kinds of situations and circumstances.

I went to the hospital three times in that year. Each time I went, they'd give me all these

examinations, couldn't find a thing. I kept telling them, I'm not sick, I'm tired. After the third time,

I began to realize, this isn't something that somebody's done to me. I've done this to myself.
