About the speaker: Thomas Osborne is a Professor of Philosophy and Chair of the Department of Philosophy, and a member of the Center for Thomistic Studies, University of St. Thomas (Houston). He has written many articles on medieval and late-scholastic philosophy and other topics, and is the author of Love of Self and Love of God in Thirteenth-Century Ethics (2005), Human Action in Thomas Aquinas, John Duns Scotus, and WIlliam of Ockham (2014), and Aquinas's Ethics (2020).

1:03.1	at the University of St. Thomas in Houston.
1:06.7	And he's also a member of the Center for Tomistic Studies.
1:10.7	He has just published a book through Cambridge University Press called Aquinas on Virtue,
1:18.2	and he wants everyone to buy it, even though, yeah, well, I won't tell you the price.

1:27.0	But I heard Professor Osborne lecture a few years ago at another Thomistic Institute event.
1:34.3	He spoke on the third way, and I found the talk to be very illuminating, instructive, educational, is very helpful.
