1:03.0	Rest your hands on your belly.
1:08.0	When you are ready, close your belly.
1:12.6	When you are ready, close your eyes.
1:15.6	Become aware of the bed supporting your body.
1:23.6	Let your legs, your hips,
1:26.6	your back, sink into the mattress.
1:33.3	Allow the weight of your head to ease down into the pillow.
1:43.3	To help you embrace the goodness of God and the peace of this moment, let's take a few breaths.
