Summary
In today’s devotional we’re going to create space to talk about and receive God’s great gift of love. You and I were made to be loved by God. And until we make room to receive the unselfish, steadfast, tangible love of God, we’ll spend the rest of our lives striving, vying for affection from others. May striving cease today as we receive the lavish affection of our good and loving God.
Our Scripture for today comes from 1 John 4:19, and today's worship is Your Love is a Well by First15 Worship feat. Rachel Denison.

As believers, we want a real connection with God every day, not just on Sunday. We want the peace and passion that comes from living with God, not for God. But when Monday morning rolls around we’re left thinking:
“Now what?” “How do I find and keep a daily connection with my Creator on my own?”

| 1:31.3 | If what you're doing isn't done in love, it's not pleasing to him, and you can't live a lifestyle of loving others without being loved by him first. |
| 1:40.3 | And what's more, God's desires to completely overwhelm you with his love right now. |
| 1:46.4 | He doesn't want to love you just so you love him back or love others around you. |
| 1:51.0 | Loving God and others is a natural byproduct of receiving God's love. |

| 1:59.1 | He longs for you to live a lifestyle of love |
| 2:01.9 | because he knows that's the absolute most fulfilling, |
