Romans Chapter 9, oh my goodness,

you church, I, we're gonna have a good time today,

but, um, how many have been Christians for a while?

Raise your hands.

Okay, stop, put your hands down.

How many of you have been Christians for five years or less?

Raise your hands.

Five, six. What does that mean? I don't know. Oh, well, anyway, here's the deal. Here's the deal. Here's the deal is that Romans 9 10 11 among Christians is some of the most controversial chapters in all of the Bible.

One group will argue this point, one group will argue a counterpoint, and groups get in fights fights and churches split and divide and

friendships are broken over Romans 9, 10 and 11. Why? Because they'll say things like this, I can't believe that. My pastor says this about it.

And your pastor said that about it? Or our denomination says this. Well, my denomination says the other. Isn't that sad? I'm a big fan of reading the Bible.

And the reason why this is controversial is because frankly people have given up on reading the Bible

Let God's words speak and they lean on what others believe for them

Don't ever, church, you are under orders as of this moment.

Don't go out of the world and say,

well I believe this because my pastor does.

I do not approve of that announcement. Don't you dare

believe anything that your pastor believes unless you've been convinced of

it from the Bible. That's a must and if you do that you'll be fine. If you do that you'll be fine.

If you do that you will have a grand entrance into heaven because you won't be deceived by any man or you won't be

propagating some denominational persuasion. I hope that makes sense. What does
