What I want to do is focus in these verses on two great acts of mercy that are described in verses in verses 9 to 20.

Number one, the first great act of mercy described in these verses 9 to 20 of chapter 3

is a global awakening so that the people of all the nations come to the

Lord.

Verse 9, yea at that time time I will change the speech or the lips literally of the peoples to a pure

speech that all of them may call on the name of the Lord and serve him with one accord,

or literally you would say shoulder to shoulder. In other words God is not

content merely to judge the nations. He says that there is going to be a great revival among the nations, a transformation among the nation, so that they call upon the Lord and that they serve him with one accord.

Now how does this work?
