What I want to do is focus in these verses on two great acts of mercy that are described in verses in verses 9 to 20.

Number one, the first great act of mercy described in these verses 9 to 20 of chapter 3

is a global awakening so that the people of all the nations come to the

Verse 9, yea at that time time I will change the speech or the lips literally of the peoples to a pure

speech that all of them may call on the name of the Lord and serve him with one accord,
