Summary
Today on Exploring the Marketplace, Shawn Bolz and Bob Hasson interview Robin McCoy. Robin has a BA in Religious Studies from Faith Seminary and has spent fourteen years as an Executive Director of Connections for a large church. She is Certified as a John Maxwell Coach and Speaker, Robin provides her clients with customized clear systems and processes that drive individuals and teams forward toward health. She loves building people, teams, organizations, systems and processes while watching others thrive in every area of their lives as a result. Tune in as Shawn, Bob and Robin discuss how she operated as a leader and manager were not congruent with all that she was learning about leading like Jesus which eventually caused her to leave the hospitality industry. Shortly after, she felt God call her to ministry where she found she could use her expertise, along with the corporate systems and bring them to the church. Robin has seen the favor of God strategically bring people together that are in line with His spirit and He positions them for maximum impact. He is a dot connector. He sees one business person with all of their strengths and weaknesses and connects them to another who shores up that weakness and adds new strength, ultimately forming a coalition of business men and women who are focused on changing their communities for Jesus.
