I'm coming out of a very busy season and, to be honest, it showed up on the scale. And what surprised

me wasn't that my body responded. It's how it happened. I want to share this because I know I'm not the

only one. I wasn't eating junk. I was eating God made foods, just like I teach 90% of the time.

But somewhere in the middle of this full blessed life, I just lost sight of even the healthy

put on your jeans. You know, we need to stop making this all about our weight and start making it

about our health. I had a moment with God where I recentered because when this stays about our

weight, we miss what's actually going on in our bodies and we miss

the wisdom. We don't get curious. God has already given us the wisdom. So when I stepped back and I really

looked at this, I realized it wasn't about me needing more discipline or trying harder. It was about

surrounded by now, actually interacts with the body God designed. And I think a lot of Christian

women, like me, are stuck right here sometimes. We can get stuck. So today I want to walk you through three things
