📜 TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:

JOHN 14:16-20 - And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, 17 even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you. 18 “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 Yet a little while and the world will see me no more, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20 In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.

1:33.3

please get it out. Let's look at this together. This is Jesus speaking to his 11 disciples

1:40.5

and he is encouraging them about what is about to take place. And the reason he's needing

1:46.1

to encourage them is because he's already told them he is going to the cross and he's going

1:50.6

to be killed and they're kind of down because they don't like the sound of that. But he's giving

1:56.5

them the hope trying to expand their minds to see what is really going to come about because of

2:02.1

his death on the cross. And so he says here in verse 16, and I will ask the Father and he will
