Most of us would probably say a good portion.

In this week's teaching, Francis Chan

reminds us of the plan that God put into motion

before the foundation of the world and how he chose us to be the

objects of His Grace. I just want to read from, we've done this a lot, Ephesians 1, but it's, to me it's almost like, you know,

when you hear a song and you love it and you just put it on repeat because you

want to hear it again and again and again I feel that way about Ephesians one. I'm like I don't think I'll ever get old, you know get

Tired thank you. I will get old. I don't think I'll ever get tired of this passage and let's just remember like when I read

from the word of God this is different than this this is a human being talking to you but when I stand behind here and I actually

read from the scriptures this is like a voice from heaven and so we pay special attention to it.

Ephesians 1, verse 1.

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, to the Saints who are an emphasis and are faithful in Christ Jesus,

grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.

Even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world,

that we should be holy and blameless before him.

In love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ,

according to the purpose of his will,

to the praise of his glorious grace

with which he has blessed us in the beloved.
