Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

Today we meditate on God as revealed in the Catechism.

How would you describe God to another person? God is the Creator. He is all powerful, all knowing. He is truth. God is everywhere. These express many

important attributes of God, but they are not the essence of his being.

In 1st John, John chapter 4 the Holy Spirit reveals the essence of God.

John writes, My dear people, let us love one another since love comes from God, and everyone who loves

is begotten by God and knows God. Anyone who fails to love can never have known God because God is love.

God's love for us was revealed when God sent into the world his only son so that we could have life through him.

This is love, I mean, not our love for God, but God's love for us. When he sent his son to be the sacrifice that takes away our sins.

God is love. Our Father who art in heaven, hollow would be your name.

That kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us a stay here today, Braden. I will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us the day of daily bread and free of us our trespasses.

So we give those who trespass against us.

And lead us not to temptation but deliver us for me.
