today which is this concept this idea of God

closing a door or God keeping a door closed. Maybe it's a door that you are

supposed to walk through but right here right now today isn't the time where he has necessarily ordained for it to open.

Or maybe the former is true. You've been walking down a path in life,

you've been making decisions,

whether they're good ones or whether they're bad ones.

And you arrive to this place where you have this expectation

of this is the door that I'm going to walk through to get to this next. have this

expectation of this is the door that I'm going to walk through to get to this next season, this next stage of my life,

maybe this next community, this next commitment, I don't know,

but you get there and the door is closed.

And maybe you're like trying to mess with the door knob

and it's like, wait, what the heck?
