As we prepare for this guided prayer to allow ourselves these few moments to listen and focus and enjoy God.

He wraps around you, giving you the sensations that are true.

You are secure.

You have ease, peace, rest, and confidence.

Right now as we're engaging in this guided prayer, you can be sure of two things.

Number one, God is close to you, and number two,

he is always available to you. God, we start today by saying thank you.

Thank you that you are not far, but you are close.

You are always available.

In this moment, in light of these extraordinary realities that we know to be true about God.

Don't you to allow yourself for the next few seconds, stillness, and allow your brain to be filled

with grateful thoughts for who God is and what He provides. The psalmist goes on to say, my body will rest, confident, insecure.

Hear those words again, confident, insecure.
