you know with a country divided the republic at risk and morality being redefined it's time to

get around the campfire get back to basics and spark the revival that this country so desperately

needs this is the american campfire Revival with Cook Cameron.

You know, some people have wondered why I've continued to meet like this in my backyard.

You know, there's a lot of things that all of us could be doing.

Other than this, I've probably gone through, I don't know, thousands of pieces of wood to make this campfire.

People wonder why I continue to unfurl the flag and straighten it out and go through this book, The American Covenant, and pray and talk with you.

You know, I'm not much of a social media guru, but I know that this is our way of getting together. And the family of faith doesn't

quit in the middle of the battle. At the end of the day, there's a battle between good and evil

that's going on. And the battle has been

decisively won by our God in heaven when he crushed the serpent's head 2,000 years ago on that

Roman cross, and he rose from the grave, defeating death itself, and he poured his spirit out into the hearts

of those who love him, who turn away from their pride and greed and rebellion and selfishness

to say, oh, God, forgive me, give me a new heart, creating me a clean heart. Renew a right

spirit within me.

I want to do what you created me to accomplish.

And if we'll pray and we'll do that,

we know that hope is just around the bend.

I was reading this morning, after listening to a fantastic sermon from one of my friends and one of the just great pastors of our day, Alan Jackson from World Outreach Church, I was reading

through Psalm 121.

And I wanted to share with you just some insights.
