Hello friends and welcome back to the morning mindset. I am so thankful for the

handful of you who have reached out to me recently. Some had questions about an episode of the morning mindset. Others had

questions about a bigger sort of an issue they wanted to ask a question about and

others were just writing to say hi and give me a little bit of encouragement.

All right, we are digging back into Romans chapter 8 today.

And we are going to be looking at a passage that,

granted can be a little confusing simply because the wording that's

used sounds pretty extreme and it sounds pretty all-inclusive like a big blanket

statement and we need to be careful as we dig into it. We're also going to be

spending a little time on just this one verse today because this verse

because of its confusion is often a misapplied and it's often used to teach a theology that I don't believe is

fully biblical so we're going to go back to verse 31 to get a little bit of

the context and in verse 32 is where we're going to zero in.

Paul says, what then shall we say to these things?

If God is for us, who can be against us?

He who did not spare his own son but gave him up for us. He who did not spare his own son but gave him up for us all. How will he not also with

him graciously give us all things.
