Now let's lean into the message together. Last week, I began a message, I think it's a collection now,

entitled, Your God is Too Small. Let me just stop for a moment. I'm not suggesting that God is small. That would be heresy.

I'm suggesting that our view of him often is. Many times we kind of think that we can control God,

that we can manage God. We think God is a genie up in the sky, up there to fulfill all of our wishes and all of our dreams.

But the truth is, is God is so much bigger than anything you could ever create or imagine.

And a part of this collection is just breaking the boxes that we try to put God into.

And I just want to enlarge your faith over the next few weeks as we make our way to

Vucon. We're going to be at the Watsko Arena. All of our friends and family are coming from all over

the world. And you're going to be in that big arena, but you're in that big space worshiping a big

God. And tonight I'm believing as we describe who he is, that something on the inside of you is going to grow.

And we're looking at Acts Chapter 17.

It's where we were at last week.

Let me just bring it up to speed.

Acts Chapter 17, Paul walks into the city of Athens.

As he gets to Athens, he sees that this city has got idols and statues all over the place.

And the Bible says he's deeply distressed.

Those of us who follow Jesus, I don't want us just to look at this story like it's a history

lesson. I want us to see our city of Miami. That all over the place, people are searching,

people are hungry, people are curious. But many times, what we don't realize is that we can be religious even in the world.

But religion will always leave you restless.

Many times we're worshiping something, but we don't even know what it is that we're worshipping.
