0:11.4	God desires to meet with you just as you are. So great was his desire for real, restored
0:16.8	relationship with you that He would send His only son. May the weights and cares of the
0:22.0	world fall off of your shoulders today as you set out to seek the heart of your good and loving father. The scripture for today comes from Jeremiah 2913 where God promises, You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all of your heart.
0:48.0	There's a misconception in Christianity that we cannot tangibly encounter our Heavenly Father.
0:57.0	Often we're taught that we're too broken, dirty, or sinful to experience God. We're told that experiencing God is only for some people,
1:06.0	or only for some nations and cultures.
1:08.0	Or maybe as a result of a lack of experiencing God in the past,
1:12.0	we believe that we're made without
1:13.8	something that allows us to encounter God. Maybe we believe that encountering
1:18.2	God is for other people but not for us and nothing further could be from the truth. We encounter God because he desires to
1:26.1	be encountered, not because we possess some special ability. We encounter God because
1:31.5	he longs for us to know him, not because we're more holy than someone else.
1:37.0	You see, encountering God is entirely based on His Grace and love for us. In Jeremiah 29th 13, God promises us you will seek me and find me
1:48.0	when you seek me with all of your heart. All that's required for us to experience God is time and energy set aside to
1:56.3	seek him. Let that truth settle into your heart for a moment. Allow your beliefs
2:02.1	about encountering God to be renewed by His word.
2:06.3	You can undoubtedly experience the living, active, and most high God right now because he desires for you to. He longs for you to experience him.
2:16.6	His greatest desire is for his children to walk in the fullness of
2:21.7	relationship available to them.
2:24.0	He gets excited about the idea of tangibly revealing himself to you.
