Summary

This Sunday, Pastor Jon taught from his reflections on his time at Asbury University last week. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Asbury is a clue that God is doing something, and He is asking us to pay attention. It’s time to lean in with increased devotion, preparing our hearts, and strengthening the walls of our souls to carry the coming glory of revival. We must remember that as God is drawing near to us, He's inviting us to continue to draw near to Him.

0:13.2	And honestly, the feedback's been overwhelming.
0:15.3	We have seen such an increase in hunger for prayer and the manifest presence of God in our church community.
0:21.6	So rather than switching to a new series, we thought we're just going to keep this going.
0:26.6	So we're about to start a six-week series leading up to Easter that is on Jesus' teaching about how to interact with God through prayer.
0:34.6	And we're simply calling this God comes where he's won at 2.0.
0:38.3	So I hope this stirs your faith even further and inspires you to seek God like never before.

0:56.0	Now, the Passover and the festival of unleavened bread were only two days away,
1:01.0	and the chief priests and the teachers of the law were scheming to arrest Jesus secretly and kill him.

1:11.3	While he was in Bethany, reclining at the table in the home of Simon the Lepper, a woman
1:16.1	came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume made of Pyrrnard.
1:22.0	She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head.
1:25.9	Some of those present were saying indignantly to one another,
1:29.2	why this waste of perfume?
1:31.3	It could have been sold for more than a year's wages
1:33.5	and the money given to the poor.
1:36.1	And they rebuked her harshly.
1:38.2	Leave her alone, said Jesus.
