already Friday? No, this week went by crazy fast. Way too fast but we're thankful to be

So you want to hop into today's devotional baby? Yes. Let's jump on into it. Today we're reading out

of first Samuel 17 verses 14 through 15 and the devotional is titled No Limits. It says,

David was the youngest son. David's three oldest brothers stayed with Saul's army but David went

back and forth so he could help his father with the sheep and Bethlehem. The love letter from God

says the love child. My love for you has no limits and my power working in you is not dictated by

your age. I was with David when he was a boy and no one knew of him but me. I was with David in

the cave as he hid from King Saul. I was the one who took him from obscurity and set him on Israel's

throne. I was with him in every battle. I am with you too in every stage of your life. I have

lessons for you to learn and work for you to do in every season. Don't look at your limitations.

Look at my limitless ability to do through you what you can't do without me. Love your Heavenly

Father. The reflection says God isn't limited by your years. Age has no hold over God's authority

and power. He can work in and through you whether you're 8 or 80. Let go of the pressure to live how

others think you should live. Choose to live for God alone. The treasure of truth says our age

doesn't determine our usefulness. God does. Yeah, I agree. And then also society doesn't

determine what is valuable. God does. For example, back in the day, a shepherd was actually a pretty

lowly job. We read about it now and we're just like, oh, David was a shepherd so it must have been

cooler. Jesus is the good shepherd. So it's like we tend to think it had a nice kind of connotation

to it. But that was actually a lowly job at the time. That was something that they primarily
