When Becky was 14, she wasn't happy with her body, so in her diary she made a list of things to improve.

If I could have thinner thighs, a smaller butt, bigger boobs, a flatter stomach, clearer skin, longer hair, be taller, have a thinner waist, smaller hips, better legs, a thinner back,

be tanned, have bigger lips and less freckles, then I think my self-esteem would be so much better.
