Welcome to our daily Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

What good reason is there to think that God exists? As a matter of fact, it's misleading to talk about a good reason to think God exists. It would be better to say that everything,

literally everything we see, gives us a good reason to be confident that there is a God.

Because everything we look at, everything we see,

ourselves included, everything in the universe

is something we can point to and say,

where did that come from? How did that get here?

You can say that about literally everything in the universe because nothing in the universe is

self-explanatory.

Everything comes from something else.

Everything was born or evolved or was fused and formed

or simply composed out of parts taken from other things.

So everything, everything in the universe has an explanation outside

itself. Something else explains why it's here. So what explains why the universe is here?

Our Father who art in heaven, Hallow would be your name, thy kingdom come, thy will be down on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into

temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace the Lord is with thee, blessed are thou among women, blessed is a fruit of thy womb Jesus.
