And I follow you on Instagram, and I've been very inspired by your work and you know I went on

your website and learned a little bit more about you obviously before we were able to talk

here today but for the listeners who may not be familiar with you or your work if you

wouldn't mind sharing your background and how you got to where you are today.

I didn't grow a lot sort of all over the southeast and moving a lot because my dad was a football coach but I tended to do that sort of same track of I graduated I started teaching and I was teaching and I was teaching and I got into banking and and while I was banking, it was such a male-dominated industry, but I felt powerless in a lot of ways, and so to cope with that, I started doing yoga, and then I went to yoga teacher training and what ended up happening was all these weird gifts started opening and I didn't really understand what it was.
