We're talking about the partnership that Christians have been allowed, encouraged, and are responsible to join God in

with regard to expanding his rule in society

through civil government.

Civil government is the role of the established government

to reflect God by maintaining safe, justice, righteous, and compassionately

responsible environment for freedom to flourish.

And at the core of what the government is supposed to be about

is the safety and well-being of its citizens.

We saw that that's why the government does not bear the sword in vain

to get rid of evil, to promote good,

so that freedom can flourish.
