Good, I'm so excited to be here again. It's been way too long.

It has been a long time. I hope that we have some good times ahead, some good news. I think we have

a little bit of light news. I tried, but anyway, it has been a bit since you've been on. You are,

of course, host of podcasts. Tell us a little bit about what you've been talking about recently.

Yes, I am the host of I Heart Radio's podcast. There are no girls on the internet. And we've

having all kinds of fun conversations about all things tech, things like this information,

propaganda, media manipulation. It's at a lot more fun than it sounds. I realized that description

made it sound very dark, but truly it's about how the internet functions in all of our lives and how

it can be used for both a tool for good and a tool for bad. So a lot of the same kind of conversations

y'all are having here at Young Turks. That's awesome. Yes, I don't remember the last time we had a

talk about how it can be used for good necessarily. I'm sure there's got to be something though. So

everyone head over to there are no girls on the internet and you can find out what the good

side of all of this is. But anyway, thank you for being here. Thank you, everybody, that's out there

watching. Regardless of what platform you're on, we appreciate you being here as well. And if you
