How I would look at it as I would say setting goals put you on offense, not setting goals

means you're playing defense the whole year. Problems and issues are coming at you and you're

just on the defense trying to solve them as they're coming when goals keep you on the offense.

Real business and real business. Whatever your situation is currently is not your forever situation.
