This is the last episode of Adventure Rider Radio for 2024.

And as this year ends and the new one begins, many riders will set some kind of New Year's resolution.

But often these resolutions are centered around some kind of sacrifice, weight loss or cutting back on something.

Usually it's a pain pleasure thing.

You know, you have to go through some pain to get some pleasure. But what if instead you chose a win-win goal? What if you planned a motorcycle

adventure that stretches your comfort zone? So something that makes you feel a little bit

uncomfortable and enriches your life with an incredible experience. If you set that goal and then

you share it with others, research shows that your

chance of success is increased incredibly because there's something about that public sharing

that sort of forces us into that uncomfortable area of our life that is uncomfortable, of course,

but also has so much reward. So why not resolved to finally go on that

trip? Let the journey be your reward for 2025. On this encore performance of Adventure Rider Radio,

we go back to 2021 talking about goals. We had Keith Foucher on the show and he shared a goal that he
